Tom Pitner - Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Tom has worked for eighteen years in corporate organizational development. He has pioneered coaching and mentoring programs within $2 million to $100 million companies, with special focus on conflict management and leadership development. He has guided companies through the interpersonal turbulence that accompanies IPOs, downsizing and turnarounds.

Tom is a certified leader within the Mankind Project, an international program for leading adult men through rites of passage. Additionally, Tom and Jim Warner conceived and co-led an 18-month rite-of-passage and initiation program for 16- and 17-year-old boys.

Tom is married with two children.  He is also an ordained Zen monk.
