Kaley Klemp - Malibu, CA

Kaley Warner Klemp guides executives and executive teams to enhanced performance through heightened awareness and vision. An expert in small-group dynamics and leadership development, Kaley specializes in building trusting, cohesive teams, able to achieve their strategic objectives – even in the face of challenging circumstances. Whether one-on-one or in seminar, workshop or retreat settings, Kaley shares her expertise to strengthen communication, interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution skills.

Previously, Kaley was a management consultant for Deloitte, where she provided strategic and operational advisory services to U.S. and International clients. Today, as a principal for OnCourse International, she works with executive teams to uncover and address the issues that block peak performance, to foster a common vision, and to create truly synergistic working environments characterized by authentic relationships. That achieved, Kaley ensures that clients compound their gains through programs designed to accelerate organizational authenticity.

A favorite with Young Presidents Organization (YPO) forums and chapters, Kaley has co-led the acclaimed Navigating Transitions: Reclaiming Your Greatness seminar and has led retreats for more than 2,000 YPO members and spouses throughout the world. Additionally, Kaley coaches individuals and couples seeking to make insight-based changes to improve their relationships – at home, in the workplace and within their communities.

Kaley is a graduate of Stanford University, where she earned a B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in Sociology, with a focus on Organizational Behavior. She is married and lives in Malibu, CA with her husband Nate.
