Keith is President of KF Insights. He is Executive Director of Men's Leadership Alliance, an educational organization that provides core training in leadership skills, team dynamics and empowerment. Keith is a Leadership Coach, guiding executives and couples through challenging times in their personal and business lives. He has over fourteen years experience in retreat facilitation, specializing in community building, self-exploration and change, at times using nature as classroom. Keith also teaches the Moderator Training Program, Forum Training and the Enhanced Forum Training for YPO. He is married and has four children.
