OnCourse International President
Jim Warner - Entrepreneur, Author and Life Transition Expert

Jim Warner’s insights are grounded in a rare
combination of experience and empathy. From 1980 through 1992, he skillfully
navigated the peaks and valleys of the burgeoning software industry. First, he
led his own firm from start-up through phenomenal growth. Mid-stage, he forged
beyond downsizing to successful resurgence. Ultimately, Warner sold his company,
with visions of comfortable, secure and satisfying days ahead. But the
transition was far rockier than he expected.
In his mid-40’s Jim entered a three-year period of introspection and
questioning: How to rejuvenate relationships with his family and friends? How to
leverage his existing and latent skills and interests in a meaningful way? How
to overcome personal weaknesses that blocked his fulfillment?
OnCourse International is the product of Jim’s
taking stock – and heightened awareness. Today, he is a dedicated coach, guide
and facilitator to senior executives, guiding them into candid, creative and
collaborative interactions for enhanced performance, at both the enterprise and
whole-life levels. Having worked with more than 1500 CEOs, countless executive
teams from fast-growth, high-performance companies, and dozens of couples
navigating difficult mid-life transitions, Jim is a recognized expert at helping
individuals, couples and teams achieve greater self-awareness, authentic,
productive communication, more fulfilling relationships – and more satisfying
lives.
