Jim Kochalka - Tampa, FL

Jim Kochalka has worked with YPOers since 1987 and is a certified Forum training and facilitation resource. Using the skills gained as a consulting psychologist, Jim's professional practice focuses on relational development across a number of different settings. Jim works with high achieving couples that are at a crossroads in their marriage. He consults with senior management teams who are attempting to reach higher levels of cohesion and productivity. Jim provides assessment guidance in the selection of senior management candidates. He works with many smaller privately held companies and also provides services to large corporations, e.g., IBM, Lehman Brothers, PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

He has conducted more than 100 Forum trainings and retreats with groups throughout the US, Canada, and Central America. Jim has conducted Chapter Retreats to help members connect more deeply and realize the power that exists within the YPO community.

Jim holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Georgia State University. Born in Chicago in 1952, he now lives in Tampa, Florida. Jim was married in 1977 and has two young adult sons and a 6th grader.
