John Drury - Ft. Lauderdale, FL

John is the author of Awaken Your Soul: A Journey of Discovery (2006) and founder of FullyAlive360.  His coaching, facilitation and retreat organization works with executives, groups, couples and companies to support greater self-awareness, more meaningful relationships and guidance through life’s transitions.

In 1980 John left Cooper & Lybrand, a ‘Big-6” accounting firm, and co-founded Harris, Drury Advertising, a highly successful advertising agency in South Florida. For 17 years John built the agency into a $100 million business with a staff of 110. In 1997 he joined AutoNation, America’s largest retail Automotive Company, to head up their marketing efforts.  He was a part of the team that helped build AutoNation into a $22 billion company.

John’s 30-year background in the study of human behavior, coupled with his entrepreneurial and executive experience, provide him intimate knowledge of the factors and issues facing today’s most senior executives, the teams they lead and the lives they live.

During the past six years, John has done extensive personal work, as well as facilitation with groups such as YPO forums, Corporate Executive Teams, and Wilderness Expeditions.  He is a trained and certified Shadow Work® Coach. 

John resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is married to his wife Debbie for 29 years. He has two beautiful, young-adult daughters.
