Delynn Copley - Superior, CO

Delynn is a facilitator and executive coach who has worked in the field of adult learning since 1984. She built and led a $15 million publishing division at CareerTrack, one of North America's largest training companies. She also served as CareerTrack's Curriculum Director. She has overseen the development of dozens of training programs, audio and video programs. She is a published author and has collaborated on several published works by other authors.

Delynn leads YPO member and spouse forum retreats and works with CEOs, executive teams and staff to build authentic community in organizations. She and Jim regularly co-lead midlife transition retreats for individuals, couples and small groups. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado Business School. She has been married since 1987 and has two teenage children. She has also served on numerous non-profit boards.
