Carol has worked in the arena of personal and spiritual growth for twenty years.  Author of the book The Art of Living with a High Achiever, she began studying how ambition affects personal relationships when her 12-year marriage with a senior executive of a prominent company fell apart.  Carol's desire to help others avoid the heartbreak she experienced led her to identify the destructive patterns often found around relationships with powerful people.  She created a program that successfully helps individuals regain and maintain their own identity and self-worth to support a more equal and loving relationship.  She is a founding member of the Personal Mastery Program in Colorado, and her second book, Kick Start, focuses on women’s empowerment through value-based identity.
